Mastro's, Ruth's Chris, Gibson's, The Palm......
Mastro’s, Ruth’s Chris, Gibson’s, The Palm… I’ve been to these greats and more, but I have to put Morton’s at the top. I know that’s a minority opinion among the steak voting public. Most of the top places are lockstep in the classic fare (NY, Filet, etc.) The real difference maker is Morton’s “Cajun-Ribeye.” Its perfectly aged with various rubs and spices and it has to be tasted to be believed. Nothing less than medium-rare will do on the Cajun.
If you’re ever there, it may sound plain, but their french fries are a thing of beauty.
