- We waited too long for our waiter to get to go box. Waited too long for dessert so we ended up leaving without eating it. My son didn't get refill for his drinks. Food is delicious as usual, been eating there for 7 years but very unhappy with our service

Pretty Good Olive Garden
With several days to wait for repairs in Jacksonville, we decided to “expand our horizons” from Golden Corral and burger spots. Can usually count on Olive Gardens to provide all around reasonably good results. It’s a chain. Chains can do that – only way can mess up is if the service is bad and the food not so good, in this case the service was good and the food met our usual Olive Garden ‘expectations.’
Dishes Tried:
D-Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Husband played it safe with this – the noodles were tender (not mush) and the sauce (as always he requested extra sauce).
Salad & Breadsticks with meal
This is normally pretty good – no exception to that rule – crispy, plentiful and dressing on side (not soaked in the bowl!) Bread chewy and good.
C18- Chicken Marsala with Tuscan Potatoes
I had the chicken marsala and requested side of spaghetti instead of potatos – I guess they couldn’t figure out how to do that, ended up with potatoes on there too – but it was ok, I had the spaghetti and somehow didn’t get charged extra. It was good, slightly different “twang” to the sauce – (would have preferred a veal dish, but, Olive Garden doesn’t have veal selections.)

Great Food, wonderful Service
I am a frequent visitor of the Olive Garden in the Argyle Shopping Center. I must say during every visit, I always received the same great service that you would expect from any other restaurant. Some of my favorite dishes include the Tour of Italy with those wonderful warm bread sticks. The Servers are always nice and during the lunch hour you can get in and out with no problem. However the only bad thing I can say is that you never can finish your plate since you are stuffed from all the bread sticks and salad.

This dish is always wonderful never had a problem with this dish or any of the other dishes as well.
