On The Border Mexican Cafe

We have been there the last two Friday nights with a group of seven and each time have had terrible experiernces. The first time, and this was not their fault, was when a patron accidentally sprayed mace in the dining area. We had just finished our meal, paid our bills and were closing up shop. Then last Friday; we just had terrible service topped off the manager comping us desserts and then never making sure they were delivered. Instead they went to another table, and I had to chase down the manager after 30 minutes to find that out. If you have a big group and you want terrible service, then OTB is the place for you!
