Outback Steakhouse

We go to out back regularly and usually get the same meal. The blooming onion wasn’t as cooked on the bottom ( tear away section). We all got sirloin with a baked potato and the baked potatoes were not fully cooked. I requested my steak medium rare but it was cooked more like a rare steak. We didn’t finished the blooming onion due to not being cooked. I ate most of my steak since it had a good taste even though it was rarer that normal but no one ate more than one bite of their baked potato. When I said something to the waitress she asked if we wanted different baked potatoes but as we were ready to pay the bill we didn’t want to wait. She didn’t apologize just kind of shrugged and walked off. We are normally extremely satisfied with the food and the service but this experience wasn’t up to par.
