- The new cashier in the evening, a young man,, wonderful and always with a smile on his face.Very patient and sweet.Think his name is Julian?

- The manager is reluctant with his staff.Yelling and putting them down.Thumbs down for this.A new staff member will make expected errors just like the experienced staff will.No excuse for the manager to be pompass and demeaning to his staff.

- Be PATIENT with your young staff.As a restaurant critic..This is key to having a successful business. An unhappy staff makes for a broken business.
