- I like some of Pei Wei's food, but the Pei Wei Dana Park Mesa location on ValVista & Baseline is terrible!! If you call in the evening to order to go, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, so you end up having to go to the restaurant, order there and wait

Love Pei Wei
I am a big an of Pei Wei, and I am actually going there tomorrow for lunch. My wife and I went there a few days ago and we both had the Pei Wei Spicy Chicken Salad. We get it a little different. We ask for the chicken to be steamed and get the dressing on the side. The sauce that they cook the chicken in is really enough dressing for me, so I didn’t use the extra.
Also, we got the edamame as an appetizer. You can never go wrong with edamame.
Odd as it seems, I am also a fan of their Orange Infused Iced Tea. They have orange slices you can add to it, which pumps up the orange flavor.
I wish I could just eat and review restaurants for a living :-) I get hungry every time I think about the dining experience I am writing about.

Pei Wei Spicy Chicken Salad
I prefer this dish with steamed chicken and dressing on the side. The chicken is always done well. I even asked my wife “how come we can’t get our chicken to be this tender?”
