Food at Pei Wei, 61st and Yale, is okay, but they sorely lack basic customer service skills. A young lady who took my phone order was offensively condescending. When I asked her two simple direct questions, each time she answered “yeah, they come that way.” She obviously doesn’t know “yes sir” or know the proper way to answer a customer’s questions. This has happened twice before at this particular restaurant when I’ve been placing orders, both times with the same male order-taker. Management needs to train these workers in proper customer treatment. That is, of course, if managers aren’t those to whom I’m referring. I hope they get to read this.

good …cheap..fast and it’s right by my house??? what more could i ask for! i call in orders all the time and with tax it comes to about $8.40 for myself (entree only). plenty of food to eat half and eat the other half later. highly recommend!!
