A big disappointment - Mothers Day 2008
Phillips should be ashamed of its newest unit that claims to be upscale dining. Mothers Day 2008 we had a party of 6 at 2pm in the afternoon. THe restaurant was only half full, so the kitchen could not have been at maximum capacity. Half the entrees came out cold. The King Crab legs were at market price,so we asked and were told it was $24.95, only to discover that the actual price was $39.95 each. The floor manager was inflexible and rude by saying ’what do you expect for fine dining?" Hardly fine dining, as there were no linens on the table, there was major confusion among the staff, and the food was just moderate in quality. Take this restaurant off your list of must tries – you will be disappointed.
Dishes Tried:
King Crab Legs
Too expensive as compared to true cost for portion served. Compare with Stonefish Grill, Bonefish Grille and Red Lobster.
