pity party for pinon grill!!!!
Made a reservation for 8:30, for 8 people
Got to restaurant to find out they changed time to 8:45 Front Desk staff in high school …Need to be trained!
Went to bar…Told Table was ready. Closed out tab
Went to be seated…Told table not ready…Lost place at bar.
Finally seated at 9:45! Apology made was lax. “Honest Mistake”.
Management needs to take classes in hospitality and people skills.
Waitress pace slower than snail.
Food – Common place. Nothing unusual!
Will not go back. Waste of time!
Decor is beautiful. Wine great…Not much more!
Upon leaving restaurant, wanted business card and name of management…front desk staff did not even know the last names of the managers!!! All 8 people in our party have decided not to return and tell friends not to bother to go!!!!
Better places to go in Boca!!!

A 'New American' Dining Concept...That's Actually New
If you, like me, are bored of the played out foodie-trends that try and fail (I’m sorry, but bacon does not belong on everything, nor does truffle oil), Pinon Grill will give you exactly what you’ve been missing – a straightforward delicious meal. Start with the light and elegant Lobster and Crab Ceviche, mounds of fresh lobster and jumbo lump crab with coconut milk, lime juice and cilantro. Another standout item is the Lobster Penne Pasta with Brie Sauce, with spinach, brie and white cheddar. Finish strong with the Peanut Butter Pie – a creamy peanut butter mousse over a cookie crumb crust, and covered with a crisp chocolate shell. I could go on – the housemade Santa Fe Chicken Soup, Grilled Salmon Salad, Grilled Vegetable Burger – but I’ll let you discover the options for yourself. Bonus: Fresh, organic, locally grown ingredients are used whenever possible (including fresh-squeezed juices in their classic cocktails), which will appeal to all you ‘ecotistical’ diners out there. Not to mention you feel like you’re dining in a modern museum of art.

Fantastic!
I had the opportunity to dine at this establishment when it first opened. They had everything meticulously played out; from service, to food presentation, to the food itself, there was nothing better than dining at Pinon. You are treated like royalty and therefore, I will most definitely return! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
