When I tried to order last time, they ruined our night by having an a manager bully my roommate into paying for my order when they got the expiration date wrong on my card and verbally abusing me when I called them to ask about it.

First they were unclear about who’s card was not working scaring my roommate; then they verbally abused me when I went to politely ask why my card wasn’t working, and why they had called my roommate when it was MY card that had an issue. We had made two seperate orders from two seperate phone numbers! They were AWEFUL.

My roommates and I placed an order and there was a security brief with one of the cards. Instead of calling the cardholder, they decided to call the other roommate obligating her to charge the fee to her account without even speaking to the person whoplaced the order. When we called to speak to the manager, he blatantly yelled at my roommate blaming her and threatening to call the police about the debit card. He then proceeded to tell us how busy it is and how he has a family to support and does not have time to talk to us. I’m very disgusted and will never support that business again
