Pizza Hut

One Tuesday night, August 31st, 2010, Me and my best friend decided to use our free personal pan pizza coupons. I ordered drinks for both of us. Three other family’s came in about 20 minutes after us. They did not ask us one time if we wanted our drinks refilled, nor did they come up and speak to us after taking our order. you will never believe this. we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for someone to come up and tell us that our pizzas where given to someone else. then we waited an additional 35 minutes to get served. They let us have our drinks for free because The service was so bad. The way they gave information was very rude, and the three family’s that came in after us got there food drinks, and refills. The only funny part of this whole story is while we where waiting, My best friend was able to run over across the street, get two mc chickens at Mc donalds, and we ate them at pizza hut waiting for our order. LOL we where pretty hungry. I would not reccomend taking your family to this pizza hut, It was probably the worst service I have ever encountered in my whole life
