When it comes to authentic El Salvador food, El Salvador makes it easy. The best place to get a quality El Salvador pupusa? A pupuseria, of course! Now right in Southwest Detroit at the newest Food Truck on Vernor. A unique authentic new eating spot which just opened this last Friday.
We sample 4 styles of the PuPusa’s along with pork filled Tamales wrapped in the traditional Banana Leaves and a large scoop of the famous cabbage slaw called Curtido with a little heat. My first time eating the Yuca Frita plated with chunks of Chichrone which is a must try, I’m so hooked.
