When you need that crawfish fix, nothing beats the classic fare found at this bayou staple that even the Orleans folks consider good enough to be like home. Crawfish is ordered by the bucket full and is boiled to perfection in spices that only Southerners know what it consists of. Although, these little critters are the main attraction, the gumbo and poboys are tasty too.
