Rib Rack - Ribs & Chicken
Michigan based business (from what I’ve read) with two locations in the Metro Detroit area.
I have a weakness for barbecued baby back ribs and I splurge on them maybe 3 times a year. The fact that this location is very near to my house makes it very convenient.
I have yet to try anything else on the menu but the Ribs & Rack potatoes are to die for . . . as is their sauce.
For a late afternoon on a Sunday there was a small wait and there were a few families enjoying their late lunch/early dinner. As always, the smell just draws you in the moment you step out of your car and head toward the front door.
Dishes Tried:
Rib Dinner w/Rack Potatoes (no butter)
Rib Dinner with Rack Potatoes (no butter) and an extra side of BBQ sauce.
I have yet to be disappointed by the ribs or the rack potatoes. Normally I have the smaller portion (about $3 cheaper) but since I skimped out on lunch and it was close to dinner time, I opted for the larger, dinner portion.
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside Rack Potatoes along with the wonderful, smokey, almost fall off the bone tender ribs with the wonderful sauce . . . pure heaven every time.
I would most definitely recommend the Rib Rack to anyone who has a penchant for baby back ribs.
