On Thursdays they are open for dinner but their general business is catering. While the room/building is set on a lovely golf course complete with pond and fountain view, the round stone room’s acoustics are deafening if there are a lot of people in it. The parking lot is gravel and it is a very long walk to the building. There is a hideous long white fence that sticks out of the scenery like a sore thumb. I’ve had dinner there thrice on Thursdays. Once to try, twice to give them a chance to redeem themselves and the third time because others wanted to try. I was also there a fourth time for a wedding-so I am now familiar with their catering service as well. As far as dinner service-the food is slightly above average at best. The menu descriptions don’t match well with what is actually served. As far as the catering service- I would not utilize this venue for a wedding-perhaps a party or some other event. The food is well below their Thursday dinner service and the management/party/event coordinator is inexperienced-gave poor menu choice suggestions. Beef very tough and unappetizing. I would not use their service for a party larger than 50. The catering service is hurried and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience. Not enough wait staff-mismanaged.
