Singh Saab

This is not a new place, but is only a name change from the former Punjab Tadka. It seems that a higher-price restaurant with the name Punjab opened across the street and took away lots of their business until the newer Punjab had a fire and closed for almost a year. They have now reopened and I guess it was time to remove the confusion. Singh Saab is a very authentic North Indian restaurant with very reasonable prices. We enjoy the buffet lunch here often. Dinner is very good as well with a huge menu of authentic Indian food. Don’t miss the mango lassi. Remember that Indian traditional food is Vegetarian, and they always have it. They do serve great chicken and lamb dishes in the Indian style.
