A dining patron from AZ tried it, liked it, and rated it . They liked the food, liked the service, and liked the ambiance.

Ate so much my stomach almost exploded!
This little Indian AYCE may be one of the best I’ve had! I always walk out here with my stomach ready to explode, so dress losely while coming here :).
Food: The food selection is actually quite small, but don’t let that fool you. I actually like a small selection for all you can eats because I don’t feel compelled to try a large quantity of every single item. At sitar, you have your traditional fried veggies, rice, chicken (or lamb), and other indian stuff which my uncultured knowledge does not know. For dessert there is the saffron sprinkled rice and yummy gulab jamuns. However, what makes up Sitar is their freshly cooked naan bread. Coupled with the yogurt or mint, this is definitely a crowd-pleaser! Since it’s unlimited, my friends and I always ask for more and more!! I think we went through three baskets (including the food) once, that was the day I think my stomach almost exploded…
Service: Service is so good it’s almost even a bit daunting. They watch you like a hawk, and when you’re done with your plate, they immediately come over and whisk it away to clear space for more food.
Price: For SEVEN BUCKS AYCE, that says all.
Overall, I was very pleased. I don’t see any reason to give them less than five stars.
