Very unique and delicious!
My expectations were very high but my tastebuds were not disappointed. SOL is not your average mexican joint, it’s in a league of its’ own. Service was impeccable and the staff was very knowledgeable. I’ll be back soon and often.

very disappointing experience
Things must have changed since these reviews were written…i went for dinner tonite and before tip my bill was over $100!
we had 2 margaritas ($24), 2 soft drinks ($4), 1 bottle of water ($3), chips and salsa ($3.50), guacomole,($9) a salad ($8), soup ($6), 2 appetizers (small plate) ($24) and 1 entree (large plate) ($19).
margaritas were served in a martini glass (very small) and tasted like tequila with a splash of prepackaged lime juice. they were $12 each.
we ordered the tuna nachos, and got maybe 8 chips on each plate with 8 small pieces of old and smelly seared tuna on top of them. It bore no resemblance to the picture of the dish posted on their website.
the strawberry salad was delicious. the guacomole is Fabulous.
my daughter ordered the enchiladas verdes and did not eat them. she simply did not like them.
i told my husband i have been there twice. tonite was our first and last visit. not only would i not go there again, but i would not recommend it to friends/business associates.
while we did know how much the items we ordered would cost (with the exception of chips and salsa—thought they were complimentary), we expected portion size and food quality to be commesurate with prices.
things you should know before going: SMALL PORTIONS, VERY EXPENSIVE, and the food is not as fresh as they would like for you to believe!
Dishes Tried:
Seared tuna nachos
too few nachos for the price—tuna was old and smelly—definately not fresh
Our guacamole
good but pricey
Chips w/3 house salsas
not worth the price—thought they were complimentary until we got the bill!
