Something Special

Absolutely one of the dirtiest kitchens I have ever worked. No hand washing, raw meat left in sinks for hours after which the sink goes uncleaned and vegetables are promptly dumped in for rinsing. All of the asian fare is prepped by the same person that stores the raw meats on the floor without being iced. Obviously rotten meats and vegetables used regularly.One morning it was discovered that the cooler was off all night and half of that day. I cringed as I was forced to use products temping well into the danger zone. “Just cook it off”.

The “family” that runs this place are crone like in appearance and even worse in demeanor as they manipulate their staff with threats and dehumanize them by treating everyone as an equally indentured second class citizen.

Supporting this company is to support employee abuse and the use of food unfit for human consumption.

You are also paying DOUBLE retail on food that qualifies as left overs. You have to reheat anyway. Why not just make the food yourselves.

So, if you got sick now you know why.

Tasty food and good service. I’ll use their catering services next week for my birthday…
