Souper Salad

The food is okay except for the fact that hair seems to be one of the main ingredients at this restaurant. It wouldn’t be so bad if I knew it was my own hair but every single time its always a different color than anyone in my family or anyone that I am eating with. Also, the hot foods are always empty and you have to wait a long time to get pizza/pasta because they don’t know how to plan ahead. I have been there more than once and after finding short and long hairs in both soups and salads I spoke to a manager and she just stared at me like she didn’t think that it was strange or gross at all and she didn’t understand why I was mentioning it to her. After an awkward silence and more explaining from my other family members she simply said “Well, we are next door to a hair salon so people like to eat here after getting their hair cut”. Gross! Haven’t been back since.
