Great Thai!
The thai egg rolls are to die for! I would say Sri Thai has the best egg rolls in Fort Collins. They have a wide variety of curry dishes, which range from a southern potato to the classics. There version of Thai Tea is worth trying.

Mussamun Curry
Southern style curry cooked with potatoes, onions, and roasted peanuts Topped off with fresh cilantro. I had mine with Chicken. LOVE IT!
