Can't judge a book by its cover
Stark Naked Pizza is an unassuming little joint in a fun eclectic area of town. The rock music is loud and the walls covered with hand-painted murals and vintage rock posters. You order at the window, then find your way to one of two poorly-lit high-backed booths in the back, or take a place at one of several picnic tables out front. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are just a smidgen above reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of pizzas, toasted subs, hot open-faced sandwiches, and more.

This toasted sub is amazingly delicious! I included mayo & mustad on mine. I don’t know if the veggies are grilled or steamed or what but they are the perfect delicious consistency. They are generous with the vegetable portions and the sub will satisfy any-sized hunger. The sub comes with what appeared to be home-made potato chips, which were also super yummy.
