worst chicken fingers ever
Ordered chicken fingers…they were just horrible. They were so overcooked and rubbery I couldn’t eat them. The service was awful too. The server sent her time talking to her friends across the room and totally gave us terrible service. We were very displeased with the whole visit. We will never go to this Steak and Shake again. I generally like the restaurant so will still go to other locations and hope for better food and polite service. I would never recommend this location to anyone. They need to work on the food and service at the Bourbonnais, Illinois location.
