Recent Visitors to Steak 'n Shake

A diner from US tried it, liked it, and rated it . They liked the food, didn't like the service, and didn't like the ambiance.

- Workers ignore you when you come in. Seats are available but they won't seat you until you ask! Very poor service!!

bad service
very very slow service, empty tables and people waiting to be seated, i was in store 319 for 1 1/2 hours do to this, some tables never had people seated at them the whole time i was there, and others that never got cleaned off so someone else could be seated. no bus boy, each waiter cleared their own table , if they wanted to. some never did. i had a patty melt with cold grilled onions. if you want a shake with your meal forget it, it wont happen. i have been to this location many times, same service. will not go back.
