Taco Bell

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have contacted their FB 3 times, called customer service twice, completed a survey, and tonight I attempted to call the store 12 times in a half hour before driving down. On 12/24, I used the app to purchase $41.12 worth of food. The order came through on their side at 7:08PM. What the app didn’t let me know is that the store closed at 7PM that night. But it had no problem charging my card. I have not yet received my money back. The regional manager that was supposed to call me has not. When I went in, I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone. But the other 2 locations I had called answered within 2 rings. One of the locations is just off I75 and is one of the busiest in the city. I guess the Richmond Road location can’t handle the 2 orders they had in the lobby and the 2 drive through orders. The manager (who came from the office in the back, where the phone is located- the same on he was too busy to answer) said they knew about my issue (he said this when I mentioned the app; he did not need to look at anything to be familiar with the situation) and figured it was taken care of. He was snotty and arrogant. Dude, you “manage” a Taco Bell. You have no right to be snotty to someone who had (tried to) drop almost $50 in fast food. The least he could have done was to offer to get the food I had ordered and paid for almost 2 weeks ago.
