The Tait House , a beautiful, historic mansion built in 1911 is probably the most elegant restaurant in the area ! The service is superb and the atmosphere charming.There are some very unique choices on the menu and you are served a palate cleanser between courses. One feels like royalty not only because of the personalized service but also because of the quality of the meal served. There is a wide curving stairway that leads to some beautiful rooms upstairs should you wish to enjoy spending a bit of time in this busy seaside village and continue to enjoy the excellent cuisine, They also have a lovely buffet brunch on Sundays with a variety of tasty choices and a chef who will make you a delectable omelet to your specifications and bring it to your table. All in all a wonderful experience – either for an elegant evening meal or brunch !!!
