We have finally found a great Ethiopian restaurant to rival those we discovered many years ago in Washington D.C.
The injera at Tana is always fresh and perfect. The spices in the vegetarian and meat dishes are fabulous. We especially love the vegetarian sampler which allows you to choose from a variety of lentil dishes, cabbage and carrots (my all-time favorite) and the most wonderfully flavored greens. The owners are lovely people and make great efforts to make your dining experience memorable. The Ethiopian coffee ceremony is especially delightful.
