Food was FANTASTIC. Shrimp Pil Pil – oh my god. i could have eaten like 30 of them. very chill atmosphere, very much a steven starr restaurant. Unfortunately, prices are pretty high, even given the quality of food. will probably put this into my “once in a while” or “special occassion” restaurant list. good place to go with friends for an all-out night.

Appetizing delight
I would recommend Tangerine as a place for drinks and many appetizers to share. Then maybe a delectable dessert to ‘top’ off the evening! :)
