- Pros
- We dined on Saturday night-we had the most glorious steak dish-Black Peppered Filet Mignon with onion and peppers. My two relatives (husband and sister in law) could not top raving about my dish! It was extraordinary! Their meals were great as well. O

Dishes bland and day's old rice served
We went for dinner at 5pm, there were less than 5 tables at the time. It took them a while to bring the dishes out. The best dish we had was chicken soong with lettuce wrap – the dice chicken was moist and the lettuce was fresh. The crispy duck l’orange was bland except the skin was crispy. We had to ask for hoi sin sauce to make the meat tasty. The Chung King Beef was supposed to be a spicy dish, but it didn’t have any heat at all, even my wife who normally can’t stand any spiciness could eat it. The attendant offered to bring it back to the kitchen to ask the chef to add heat to it, but we declined the offer. The rice was terrible with hard pieces, like a day’s old rice. We are Asians and we have rice regularly. The freshly made rice will never have hard pieces in them. Very disappointed!!!
The food in Peking Pavilion has always been very good, we never expect the quality of this restaurant is so bad compared to their other restaurant.
