Crab and Garlic Noodle Secret recipe

This resturant is the orginal version of Crustaceans run by the AN Family and they are known for having a seperate kitchen where no one but family knows the secret recipe to their world famous Drunken crab and AN’s Garlic noodles.
Great atmosphere, very nice staff and food is top notch. The last time I was there I asked how many crab dishes they sold that Friday night and at 9pm they were at 475 whole crab dinners obviously the resturants specialty and favorite among customers. Expect a wait unless you have reservations or show up early this place is guarenteed to be packed and is well worth it.

Drunken Crab

Awesome whole crab with garlic, salt and pepper! Where your bib!

An's Garlic Noodles

Great that night and even better cold the next morning!

The crab is a must when visiting Thanh Long. The atmosphere was great, service outstanding, I will definitely be going back!

thanh long

if you love crab, this is the spot. One of my fav dishes is the garlic noodles but you have to eat it while it's hot since they do put a lot of better in it.

Too much butter!

When I first went to Thanh Long, I thought I was in heaven. The garlic noodles and crab are truly delicious... if you can eat them in under 30 minutes. After that, the enormous amount of butter used in the food starts to congeal, and it…
