Towa Sushi

I was told that this was perhaps the best sushi place in Calgary – they had the traditional mix of rolls and some fancy ones. I think the selling point is the sheer quantity of food – normal rolls are maki size, which normally is a good thing but I think they use too much rice in the rolls (ie. the rice rerolls into itself, if that makes sense). Place is rather small, and they don’t take reservation – so I was told they become rather busy at nights. Good service, lots of staff, washroom is somewhat ghetto and was a good 8 degrees celsius warmer (ie. stinky sauna)
