Don't Patronize This Store. They Insult Long Time Customers

Managed to accumulate about $10 in free food and when I went in they actually said “You are Out of Luck” we changed promotion companies and we won’t honor your card. I even complained to the main office and they never even responded.

This Store Insulted a Long Time Customer Over LESS than $10

I went to Tropical Smoothie in Port Jefferson Station that I accumulated about $10 in Free Food with a card they gave me. I went in to cash it and was literally told “You are out of luck”, they changed promotion companies and would rather lose a customer than honor less than $10 in food. How stupid a business move is that? The very definition of pennywise and dollarfoolish. Not one person contacted me when I posted a complaint.
