Horrible Customer Service from the Manager.
Ordered a half and half pizza and the toppings were just thrown all over the pizza… half was suppose to be olives and half tomatoes; but the pizza had olives on almost 3/4 of it and tomatoes on more then half of it as well. I called the store to tell them and the manager (a young guy named Jason) pretty much told me off… He said that he knew he was going to have problems with me because my order was so specific that he knew I wasn’t going to be happy. He was smarting off saying “I’ll make you a new pizza, but..” I just cut him off and hung up… I’ve ordered at least twenty times from there in the 18 months I’ve lived in Mattoon and I’ve never called to complain about anything and the way he treated me has made me a “former” customer!!
