My Favorite Lunch Place
When my daughter-in-law said lets go to Vinny’s, I though oh another salad place. I was pleasantly surprised. Athough a small place, the wraps are fun-filled and immense. If you can finish one in one sitting, you have an enormous appetite. By the time you are served the wrap, it appears to be the size of a small loaf of bread. Pickles or chips come with it. I substituted some rye crisp crackers instead of the chips. They serve soup but the day i went they were out of it. We went about 2:30PM. There usually are some new mothers with their babies out for lunch together. It is not a fancy place at all, but the servings are more than adequate and if you wish to deviate the servers will accomodate you. They also serve breakfast, but I have only gone there for lunch. Highly recommend it and you may find that you want to return time and time again.
Dishes Tried:
Greek Wrap
It contained feta cheese, spinach, olives, tomatoes, onions, roast chicken, etc. When cut in half the diameter of the wrap was 4 inches. This particular wrap was quite filling, and could easily have made three portions. I carried half of it home.
Boca Wrap
This wrap was a little less filling than the Greek Wrap, but had cucumbers, olives, sprouts, sundried tomatoes, greens, and roasted white meat chicken, etc. Again, I could not finish it all and carried half of it home. I cannot wait to go there again and try another type of wrap. The quality is much better than average.
