Vittorio's Brazilian Restaurant

On October 9th was my birthday and my family surprised me with the rent of a limo and we went to have dinner at Vittorio’s Restaurant in Orlando. We were in a total of 12 people. I had a coupon from restaurant.com site which entitled to $100 off. At time to pay the bill at the restaurant NOBODY knew what was that coupon. They called the manager who also refused to accept. Hours passed with this impasse. I also realized that the girl at cashier would charge 8 buffets instead of 12. I warned her of this fact and if it was not my attitude of honesty she would give the restaurant an embezzlement of about $ 60.00. They maliciously insinuated that we could have “created the coupon in photoshop.” As we refused to pay the entire bill they CALLED THE POLICE. The officer was very gentle and said she could not force them to accept the coupon. She asked one last time if the manager on duty was irreducible and he said yes. She told us that if we left without paying $ 100, that would be a crime. I then had to pay the entire bill. The next day they got in contact with restaurant.com to see that I was not a swindler and that the coupon was valid. The manager Mr. Vanderley (which was not there the night before) called me, made a deposit of $100,00 in my account in Brazil and apologized for the rudeness with which we were treated. I had never imagined that would be submitted to such shame and humiliation on my birthday. I recommend passing away from this restaurant as they definitely dont have minimum skill to deal with customers.
