Having eaten Hot & Sour Soup since 1953 from Chicago Chinatown, to New York City Chinatown, to San Francisco Chinatown, to Los Angeles Chinatown, and now Huntington Beach Chinatown, I can state, without Hesitation or Reservation, I can state that the Hot & Sour Soup provided by William at the New Ruby Palace in Huntington Beach, California, is the best I have ever been served.
And I say that after having enjoyed it over my entire life.
So far over 61 years.
