Since my job relocated to Scottsdale I go to dunkin donuts almost every morning, when the manager Lori is there working the drive thru window she starts my day off just right! I got the opportunity this morning to express that to her. She literally has THE best customer service skills I have come across in a long while. I hope she keeps it up because Im sure she makes other people start their day off in a good mood!
