"SPICEY,PRICEY,NICEY?"

I’ve spent most of my life as a professional musician performing on cruiseships in the Bahamas and played most major hotels on Miami Beach from 1972 through 1976. I was in the Marine Corp 1967 through 1969. Disabled from back disk, & Vietnam service.

AL & Al's

 1502 S 12th St
Sheboygan, WI

"Al & Al's Steinhaus is Mine-Haus"

Of all the local restaurants in the 50 mile radius of Sheboygan, this
German Cuisine eatery is my most favorite and I’ve been keeping
it a secret for quite some time!! If many more people know what a dynamite place this is, I’ll never get a seat there!!
The restaurant is just very comfortable and an eye pleaser. The
staff cannot get any friendlier. The foods are authentic German,
Hungarian, and American. A full service Pub is at your service. The
menu is very inviting with appetizers, wings, soup, salads,German
Specialties, sandwiches, full dinners, seafood, steak, broasted chicken, and a terriffic Friday Fish Fry that’s incredible!!

Bavarian SauerBraten

My wife and I have repeated this line-up of dishes many, many times over the years as they are a good “Marraige” together!
Appetizer Portabella Mushrooms, French Onion Soup, Weiner Schnitzel, and the Bavarian SauerBraten.
I have had SauerBraten all over the United States and in Germany
and this dish is truly authentic. The same goes for the Weiner
Schnitzel. If you have a couple hours or more to kick back and relax over a super-supper, hit Al & Al’s Steinhaus!!

Little Caesars

 2825 N 15th St
Sheboygan, WI

" Little Caesar is a Pleaser!!"

My wife and I have had Little Caesars so many times, it’s hard to believe there are some folks that haven’t. For those that haven’t
tried Caesars and those that have but strayed from the flock, here
are some encouraging words to get you in or get you back in.
A little known secret is that Caesars has, about two years ago,
totally improved their pizza’s and ingredients with top quality fixin’s.
The “Hot & Ready” pizzas are improved with better crusts and sauce/cheese.

Large Four Season Specialty Pizza

Items we have eaten from Little Caesers Menu: Hot & Ready 14"
Pepperoni pizza, Hawaiian, 3 meat, several "Custom Pizza’s (call
ahead order) Caesers has over a dozen or more toppings available, breads, sauces, wings, and specialty dips.
All their foods are hot and fresh. Walk-in & walk-out with Hot and
Ready pizza is a real time saver!!

Nicky's Pizza

 1735 Calumet Dr
Sheboygan, WI

"PICKY?", choose "Nicky!!"

Just had Nicky’s Pizza the other day and was pleasantly suprised at the quality and original Italian taste! The restuarant seating was “cramped” but comfortable. We were suprised to see the place so crowded on a Monday. We were seated and was eating in
less than 15 minutes. We strongly recommend trying Nicky’s as the menu covers a delicious selection of subs, pizza, spaghetti,
lasagna, salads, and appetizers.

Lasagna

All the foods we had were very fresh and hot. It all had that Italian
flair. We started with the Buffalo Wing appetizer. Our choice of Pizza was the Sheboygan Pizza. 16" of Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, and extra mozzerella cheese. The pizza was very good.
Before leaving, I ordered a carry-out of a 20 piece Broasted Chicken which was juicy, and seasoned perfectly.
We highly suggest trying Nicky’s with the whole family!!

Weimann's Sports Center

 4604 S Business Dr
Sheboygan, WI

"Weimann's Sports Don't Lose"

It’s hard to believe a Sports Center with televised sports, gaming
rooms for adults and kids, houses a very good eatery that is very casual. My oldest son (30) still has that kid in him and has to hit game rooms at his age even though we protest. He suggested we try their Prime Rib on Saturdays. We came, we ate, we enjoyed, and we stopped “ragging” our son about growing up! The suggestion was a “slam dunk!!”

Prime Rib Dinner

After being recommended, we tried the Saturday Prime Rib and was totally knocked out!! The Rib was as good as others we have had and half the price. All the foods were hot & fresh and of good quality. The serving staff was a bit slow and not that into her job,
but the food made up for it!

Bread & Bean

 107 Pine St
Sheboygan Falls, WI

"Bread & Bean - Best I've Seen"

The drive from Sheboygan is well worth it. A very clean and organized eatery! Very friendly staff and great foods and beverages. This eatery was suggested to us by another eatery here in Sheboygan and with no affiliation!! The server that gave the recommendation stated it was his favorite. The kid knows his restuarants, well!
We seldom get appetizers and certain dinners, but we took the advice of our “snitch” completely and ordered exactly as he suggested and it was great!!
Give Bread and Bean your business next time you’re wondering, “Where do we want to go?”

Cicero Chicken

As suggested, we started off with the Joliet Tomato & Bacon Flatbread. A great marrige of Tomato, Bacon, Cheese, and spices!
I got the Cicero Chicken that was so delicious, I ordered a portion to go for later that evening for my late working son. My wife veered off course and had to try the Savannah Shrimp Piccata that was very delicious. My wife still had to try my Cicero Chicken and I her Shrimp. Very good! This eatery is a must, and soon!!

Urbane

 1231 North 8th Street
Sheboygan, WI

"URBANE RULES"

This is a “special” eatery with lot’ going on. The exterior based on a corner location attracts customers like a flame attracts moths!
When open, the restuarant has that “open door” policy, and windows! Not kidding! The whole west wall entry area is completely
withdrawn when they conduct business! Just as good as sidewalk cafe’ but even better, you’re still inside!
The interior is very interesting and inviting. The staff is very versed in Pub, Cafe’, and restuarant operation. The bar is known
for the “mixologists” that dare to be stumped on your favorite alchohol mixed drink!!
The food is very good and somewhat “different”. My wife and I really enjoy the Hot Italian Beef sammich’!! Extremely tender!!
Come and join the fun! Enjoy the talents of local musicians!!

Italian Beef Sandwich

All the foods on the menu are of the highest quality. The foods are very fresh and digestable. I say that as my wife suffers from terrible
indegestion if she dines on spicey, or hot foods. Italian Beef you know is very spicey and Urbanes is seasoned perfectly!

City Bakery

 1102 Michigan Avenue
Sheboygan, WI

"CITY is not a PITY"

Think back when you were a youngster (unless you are), when Mom and Dad would take you in the corner bakery with them. The smells of breads, cakes, cookies, pies, rolls, and all that makes a bakery a bakery! Well step back in time a visit the City Bakery and
fill your “honker” with the delectable aromas of days gone by!! The
City Bakery is the real deal. Handmade fare done by real bakers!!
Not some big machine cranking out baked goods. These folks really get their hands dirty. Seeing is believing!! One taste and you’ll be hooked too!

Saurkraut Rye Bread

I get more than just bread! Their baked goods are heavenly and fresh. Donuts, breakfast rolls, coffee cakes, birthday cakes, and so much more, it would be easier to get you in there to see for yourself!!

Ella's Dela Delicatessen

 1113 N 8th St
Sheboygan, WI

"Ella's no fella"

We have been getting sandwiches to go from Ella’s for years now.
It’s a very small place with limited seating. We live but 4 blocks from their location and it’s very convenient. We have tried may of the varieties of sandwiches but seem to stay with their subs, hot and cold. Everything is very fresh and good. A must try for that next “sandwich” attack!

Roastbeef Sub

The roastbeef subs are very good, and very homemade. All the ingredients are fresh and the baked goods to make the sandwiches are extremely fresh. Having a party, get together, or a meeting of the minds? Think about serving some Ella’s to your crew, they will be in your debt!

Starbucks Coffee

 1026 N 14th St
Sheboygan, WI

Starbucks costs some Bucks!

Starbucks has come a long way since their first opening. Coffee’s and some light baked goods were the attraction. I lived in Portland, Oregon a breif while and hit the “Bucks” pretty regular. Their menu now is something else. Coffee’s, every kind, baked goods, salads,
sandwiches, desserts, and much more to be washed down with their “Java”. If you’re on the go, grab something quick and run. Unless it’s during that “caffein” time for the junkies and getting served is rough. It’s all in the timing!

Turkey & Swiss sandwich

Everthing is very fresh and wholesome. It’s a must try, and try, and try, again as there’s so much to choose from. One visit won’t hardly
cover much.

Big Apple Bagels

 577 S Taylor Dr
Sheboygan, WI

"Big Apple has no Bad Apples"

My wife and I are avid bagel eaters. We have tried every bagel that
is available in the local grocery stores from frozen, bagged in the cooler section, bagged on the shelf, and loose varieties in the bakery department. BORING!! We started to shop the Big Apple for our fix lately and are overwhelmed by the varities available and the size of these rolls!! Their Garlic bagels are my favorite. Try to find a garlic bagel the next time you’re shopping the local market!!
My wife is a turncoat as she is slowly being addicted to the Muffin selection. Both our cardiologists would be very disappointed in our
eating habits lately. We’ve agreed to pass on their great sandwiches and other fares, due to, you know, health reasons!!

Bagel & Cream Cheese

Everthing in Big Apple looks and smells great. We’ve only tried a
“sampling” of what’s on the menu, due to our medical restrictions.
But what we have had is of finest quality. We highly recommend
Big Apple for their muffins, and bagels – so far!!
