Ordered the triple treat box for delivery. 10 minutes past the expected delivery time received a phone call from the delivery driver named Anna. She stated that there was no house numbered 19. I told her that was our house number and she started naming off the house numbers of the street she was driving down. I went outside and looked up and down the street and told her there was no car on the street. I then told her she was not on the street listed for delivery. She finally drove down the correct street and saw me standing outside. She delivered the order and drove off. Once inside I found that there was no sauce for the breadsticks and one of the pizza boxes was completely empty. I immediately called her and told her one of the boxes was empty. She said are you kidding me. I said I would not kid about such a thing. She then hung up on me. I tried calling back and it went to voicemail. I called the number on the receipt and was connected to a call center. I told the call center that I would drive to the local Pizza Hut and get it taken care of in person.

Once at the local Pizza Hut I spoke with the manager Riddic. He said there was a mix up on the order. I told him about the driver hanging up on me and he said it was my fault because I didn’t follow protocol and was not supposed to call the driver, even though the driver had originally called me to tell me my house number didn’t exist. He then tried to give me the original pizzas that had been in the warmer for over 30 minutes. I told him we just wanted our money back.

I would give this Pizza Hut a lower rating if possible, but one star is the lowest that shows up.
