Fresh herbs, veggies to wrap an assortment of goodies! The ba lot? dish where you have pineapple, bananas, cucumbers with peanut sprinkled over succulent sausage rolls wrapped with a thin rice paper wrapper is awesome …the rice noodles are a must…the grilled pork over broken rice doused with fish sauce is yum-o. I wouldn’t exactly go with their pho since it’s not their strength nor their focus. Stick with their wraps and rice dishes! with all those fresh veggies would seem that it would be suitable for the health conscious
