Qin's Bistro
Antioch, CA
Horrific Place To Avoid At all COSTS
Stopped in for dinner and drink , with well behaved service dog, full tags and sitting
quietly between us. Until a waitress disturbed him intentionally a Federal FELONY to
distract q working registered k9.
IT caused me to be pulled off the bar stool to the floor, injuring my head, neck, back and
Tail Bone on the hard floor.
BRANDON DOW the so called assistant manager came over and hollered at me to leave, would not
hear any explanation, showed ZERO concern for my injury or the disturbance , asked me to
leave, refused my 50 cash with tip before exit and immediately called the police on us. I
am going to sue this restaurant and the assistant manager as well as report them to the
Department OF Justice for ADA violations. IF your handicapped AVOID this RUDE place.
Qin’s Bistro & Bar should be CLOSED DOWN , 5007 Lone Tree Way, Antioch, Ca… They are RUDE
and the food has hidden bones too!
Tuan Phan, the owner I believe, will likely soon be in court for my injuries. Brandon Dow as
well, throwing out injured people instead of calling an ambulance and then calling police
to complain about us is unprofessional and they are going to pay handsomely to my attorneys
and myself AVOID THIS PLACE AND THE LOW LIFE MANAGEMENT, atmosphere seemed pleasant, until
they showed their true colors.
Dishes Tried:
Duck
SMALL over priced with hidden bones. Drinks are very marginal. AVOID these meals IMHO< eat anywhere else.
