Ghang Waan Thai Cuisine
Springfield, VA
Wonderfully authentic--brand new, Springfield location
This new gem is a welcomed addition to the Springfield area at the same location of the former House of Siam.
This is a family-run restaurant which specializes in authentic Thai cuisine. Dishes are unique compared to other Thai restaurants.
Favorite dishes are crispy duck, crispy pork, lad na and soups which are prepared according to authentic Thai rather than Americanized recipes.
The atmosphere is brand new, clean and modern.
Service was perfect, foods cooked to order and owner absolutely does her best to please.
Dishes Tried:
Crispy Pork
Cooked to order, perfect seasoning and the basil preparation on top was incredible.

Thai Thai Restaurant
Arlington, VA
Absolutely the best---very authentic
Do not let this simple atmosphere fool you! Located in a small strip mall across from Wendy’s on Lee Highway, Thai Thai restaurant is the equivalent of a traditional southern greasy spoon restaurant—all the locals know where to get the good food!
Prices are extremely low for food and service received.
General dishes—pad thai and lad na—are prepared better than competitors. Authentic taste and plentiful servings.
Specialties would be soft spring rolls, crispy duck, fried shrimp with green beans, and soft shell crab.
Local Thai population also gathers at this location for fellowship. A most inviting environment due to the family and staff who run it! Definitely my favorite place to eat.
Dishes Tried:
Crispy Chicken
Perfect. Made to order. Seasoning is incredible.
