heh, it’s a Szechuanese dish – minced pork mixed in a bed of vermicelli noodles. the overall effect looks (supposedly) like ants on the bark of a tree.
oh my buddha! they have stuffing?! how was i not aware of this? and i have so much lovely veggie foodstuffs in my freezer right now. i’ve been having a lot of fun creating new sandwiches and teengs. mmm mm mmm! :D
