since we’re on the topic of food named after animals, do you think “pigs in a blanket” is:
a) mini hot dogs wrapped in croissants?
b) sausages wrapped in pancakes?

heh, it’s a Szechuanese dish – minced pork mixed in a bed of vermicelli noodles. the overall effect looks (supposedly) like ants on the bark of a tree.

what’s “ants on a tree”? i’ve heard of celery, raisins and peanut butter being “ants on a stick”. maybe if you, like, hold that vertical?
