Eggplant Parmesan-The Best
I love, love, love Ricobene’s Eggplant sandwich. I was introduced to the Ricobene way back in the ‘80s when I worked for IBM, downtown Chicago. My colleagues and I worked 2nd shift and one night one guy mentioned the steak sandwich from Ricobene’s. I ordered along with everyone else, what a surprise to see the among of sandwich and fries that came with it! I had a two day meal in one sandwich. I finally ventured off on my own and discovered the seemingly endless menu. One day I picked the Eggplant and I have been hooked ever since.

Great meal on Italian bread, a mountain of eggplant slices smothered in thick sauce, with a pick of peppers or cheese or both.
