All I wanted was a baked potato Got cold twice COLD

And attitude..

I am probably not the demographic this entire place is looking for… Value for their money rather than ATTITUDE about how great they are, how many resorts they have opened, and how great they are, why would one dare question them?
Ordered the hanger steak, wanted a baked potato, but alas, they don’t serve them. But for $10 they will serve you twice baked, or no wait, baked once and then served cold mashed in the center… If i wanted mashed, wouldn’t I have ordered mashed?

Steak came out, under seasoned, which is fine, I tend to add salt, but no salt available at the bar?

The greatest problem was that they offerred bread, but loaded with seeds, which I can’t have, and the bar tender left, no word, not offer, and I had to cause a fuss, and then it was all about how he was looking for an alternative…

Finally, this is the only resort I have been too, where you offer your key card, and they require ID….

I mentioned this to a “Owner / Manager” close by, mentioning how this was so annoying, and he went on to tell me how “EVERYONE” in AC did that….

When I told him that I had been to Harrah’s in Oct… he went on to insult me how HE had been there 2 days ago….

A much better customer focused response would have been to offer how they were protecting my charges, taking care of the customer, looking out for my well being….

Instead, I got to listen how he had opened 2 casinos in Vegas, sands, BS BS BS…

Go Play with your lights, serve cold potatos……

I have been to Flay’s, I have been to Morimoto’s, I have been to true fine dining…. customer experience, and satisfaction has always been a key….

OOPs… missed the key with me….

hanger

Under spiced, under presented at the bar where I dined..
wanted a baked potato, but presented with Twice baked, but cold, bread with seeds that I can’t eat, forgot about me, no salt/pepper, attitude about payment with room key….
