Being a big fan of PF Changs, I anxiously awaited the opening of there scaled down restaraunt Pei Wei’s. I went there a total of three times since it has opened a month or two ago. The first time I went, the food was fair. The next two times, the food was horrible. The Orange Peel Chicken and white rice was extremely dry. The Pad Thai noodles didn’t even come close to tasting the way they should. The Terryaki Chicken Bowl was dissapointing. Surprisingly, the lettuce wraps were very good. My wife and a friend of ours were very dissapointed. The service is excellent and the people are friendly. It’s just a shame that the food is very poor. Three strikes and your OUT!!
