The Worse Experience Ever
I placed an online order with China Chef. When I called to ask how long delivery would be, the manager (Jimmy) quoted me a higher balance than what the order was online. He proceeded to tell me the prices were incorrect online. When I stated he needed to honor the online prices he called me the “N” word and told me he would not deliver my order. He then went on to say they had run out of food when I identified myself as an attorney and told him I would be reporting him to the better business bureau. I will be filing multiple reports on China Chef.

The manager lacks both people and customer service skills. He also presented himself as a racist by calling me the “IN” word without knowing my ethnicity. I placed my order online and only spoke to him on the phone.
