Daphne's Greek Cafe

We were on our way to another Greek restaurant when we stumbled upon the Daphne’s on 595 Grand Ave, San Marcos, CA. We should have stuck to our original plan because the service by Rosa (cashier/manager?) was outright rude. We asked her to clarify some items on the menu and she was impatient and spoke in such a rushed manner that I had to ask her more than three times to repeat herself. Her attitude was so offensive as her condescending responses actually caught the attention of other customers in the establishment. The only reason we stayed to eat was because my daughter was insisting on gyros for dinner. The food was mediocre but palatable, however, the entire dining experience was ruined by one rude employee who was inexplicably irritated with every customer, including ourselves. I will never eat at another Daphne’s again due to this experience and I suspect that this particular location does not have many ‘regular’ customers as no one in their right mind would sit through this kind of service more than once.
