Jing's Garden

I just read the other post and had to completely disagree with them. I have been going to Jing’s for the past 4 years. When I would work in Holliston is was a weekly favorite for their generous lunch meals. Even though I now live further away – we still get our take out from here. And they deliver too if you need it. They by far have the best crab rangoons in the area and everyone seems to agree on that!! Their food is fresh and not greasy. The man at the counter has been nothing but polite and friendly. The food is always ready when they say it will be even if it is a busy night. I highly suggest trying this place out!!!

I called to place my order this evening and was called back twice to confirm my credit card number for payment…no problem. The restauranteer called me back again to say that my credit card was declined and that I would need to pay cash or give another credit card number. Concerned that something was wrong or that simply he had tried too many times to swipe/ring the number through I asked for him to confirm with me the numbers again and to try it one more time before I would call my bank ….to this request I was answered back with “I’ve been doing this for 10 years, It’s not me, it’s the card”. I was furious that he was so unhelpful even to just satisfy me as a customer not to confirm the numbers that I had given. This is actually the 2nd time I have had awful service from the restauranteer in the last 2 years. It was bad once before but I figured I’d try again. Word of advice…DON’T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!

We have been ordering from Jing’s probably average once a month for the last 6 years. The food is good, and being parents of young children, the fact that they deliver is very important. Their food is very good. Lately the lo mein has gotten a touch bland, but nothing a little soy sauce couldn’t fix. They are the only ones around that offer brown rice. Their prices are also decent. There are cheaper options around, but only maybe one that delivers, and the food wasn’t any better. In six years we’ve only had one problem with an order and it was a small one (got egg rolls instead of spring rolls). I think they’ve only been late with our food once. I’m not sure where people get off calling the employees at Jing’s rude. They are anything but. If your credit card doesn’t work, that is your fault. Pay your bills. Just saying.

I ate something at this place (actually several different things – but they all tasted the same) and the only thought I had was "I can give my car a lube job with all of the grease in this "food"". So if you are constipated – this food will fix you up in no time!
